About Jennifer

Jennifer Ogg is the founder of the OGG Method, a transformative movement and healing system developed through 30 years of experience in fitness, wellness, corrective exercise and a deeply personal journey of healing from chronic disease. Her professional credentials include:

• Active Isolated Stretch Therapist
• CHEK Holistic Health Practitioner

• Extensive training in somatic, energy healing, myofascial stretch and neurolinguistics.

Jennifer currently serves as the Movement Specialist for the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine Program, supporting patients in reversing chronic illness through lifestyle based healing.

 Over the years, Jennifer has worked with a diverse range of clients, including Professional athletes, Navy SEALs, Celebrities, Musicians, Women in midlife transition, and individuals managing chronic pain, movement dysfunction and nervous system dysregulation.

 Her approach is rooted in personalization. Honoring each client's goals, lifestyle, and physical ability while drawing from a sophisticated blend of modalities that address both structure and spirit.

A Healing Journey That Became a Method

For the past 20 years, Jennifer has been on a personal journey of recovering from chronic disease.  This healing wasn't just physical, it was emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

Through that process, she immersed herself in deeper studies of ELDOA therapy, energy work, and somatic listening.  What emerged was not only her recovery, but a complete redefinition of what it means to live in a body with strength, awareness and trust.

Jennifer is a National Aerobic Championship Finalist, Miss Fitness USA Finalist, Ultra Marathon Competitor, and Adventure Racing USA Competitor, reflecting her lifelong passion for movement, discipline, and peak performance. Her passion lies in guiding individuals toward greater ease, resiliency, and a deep understanding of their own bodies.  Through a combination of corrective exercise, ELDOA, and tailored programs, Jennifer helps her clients release tension, ease pain, and discover their highest physical potential.
